Orders are typically processed and transferred to USPS within 5-7 business days of purchase (though we ask for up to 14 business days during our large sales and new product launches). Please make sure the address is correct, including your Paypal and Apple Pay address if you checkout with either of those, as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order.

Bundle of Joy Company provides tracking on all orders through 

Bundle of Joy Company uses Shipping Protection on all orders, if this is manually removed by the customer, we cannot ensure the safety of your package. Removing Shipping Protection from your order will result in 100% customer responsibility if package is lost or stolen in transit. If package is lost/stolen/delivered incorrectly due to USPS negligence and you have shipping protection on, Bundle of Joy Company will replace/refund the order after investigating. Please allow a 10 day grace period for investigation to try and locate the package with USPS. 

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages must be reported within 10 days of delivery. We will allow up to 15 days for reports in some situations. Shipping protection for lost/incorrectly delivered packages is only good for 15 days post delivery date.

We are unable to accommodate requests to manually combine orders or refund shipping charges. Orders that are combined result in a heavier package, which means more postage is required to ship the order.

Bundle of Joy Company is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system. Please contact USPS to file a claim if package has been lost or delivered incorrectly. 

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address you will be charged no less than $5.00 or the exact cost of the shipping label, for a new shipping label for redelivery. If customer forfeits order once returned back to us, customer will forfeit shipping + 10% of their order cost for cancelling and restocking fees. 

Preorders: Once a preorder closes, turn around time is 120-
140 business days for customer to receive. Preorders are made to order, returned to Bundle of Joy Company, then shipped to customer. Any ready to ship items purchased in your preorder will ship with your preorder. We encourage customers not to order ready to ship items with their preorder. 

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
