Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Bundle of Joy Company no longer accepts returns.

If you have an issue with an item or need assistance regarding your order, please contact us at support@bundleofjoycompany.com and our team will be happy to help.

Limited exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is new and unused
  • Item remains in its original packaging
  • Tags are attached
  • Packaging has not been opened

If a return exception is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the return amount.
  • The remaining balance will be issued as store credit only.

Bundle of Joy Company reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet the above requirements.

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories (including headwear)
  • Nap mats
  • Swimwear
  • Girls’ and boys’ underwear
  • Wholesale orders
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items without original packaging
  • Opened package items
  • Items marked below our retail price
  • Any item purchased during a sale or with a discount code
  • Bedding items, including:
    • Crib sheets
    • Twin sheets
    • Full sheets
    • Queen/King sheets
    • Blankets
    • Swaddles
    • Pillowcases

Return Requirements

  • Proof of purchase is required for all approved returns.
  • Once a return label has been issued, the package must be scanned by the postal service within 7 business days. If the package is not scanned within that timeframe, the return label will be voided and the return request will be canceled.

Bundle of Joy Company reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the requirements outlined above. All return exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Bundle of Joy Company.

Refunds (if applicable) 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit refund. 
If you are approved, then your store credit refund will be processed, and a gift card will be emailed to you.

Customer will be deducted the shipping cost of the return label from their store credit refund + 10% processing fee. Store credit will be the only applicable refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items need to be inspected upon delivery. Damaged items need to be reported within 10 days of receiving the item to be eligible for replacement. We may also inquire to have you return the defective item for assessment before replacing. 

Returned to Sender Packages:

If a package is returned to Bundle of Joy Company, customers may purchase a new shipping label to have their order resent.

If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued less:

  • The cost of the original shipping label
  • Shipping protection (if purchased)
  • A 10% transaction/restocking fee 

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as the shipping service was provided.


Cancelling an order (if applicable)

Due to the volume of orders, we are unable to cancel an order once placed. 

Preorder Information 


No refunds/exchanges or cancellations will be available as once the item is purchased it is made for that specific order/customer. No size changes will be available. Preorders will ship on or before designated ship date listed on the item of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days past estimated ship date to inquire about when your preorder will ship. Any ready to sell items purchased with a preorder will be cancelled.

Product Flaws

In the event your new with tags item has a flaw please report within 7 days of receiving your item. Customer will be issued a return label to retrieve flawed item. Once inspected and in original condition with tags attached, customer will be shipped new item or refunded for flawed item. Items with flaws reported without original tags/packaging are not applicable for a return/refund. Item must not be washed or worn.

We encourage you to keep NAVIDIUM Protection on your order no matter the cost, to ensure safe shipping. 


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
