Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must have original tags and in the original packaging.

-items purchased with free shipping. In some cases we will honor a return, customer will forfeit a minimum of $5.00 for a return label from their purchase refund. If the return label exceeds $5.00, customer will forfeit the exact cost of the return shipping label from their refund.
-bedding (crib sheets, twin sheets, blankets, swaddles, pillowcases) in some cases we can make an exception if the item hasn’t been opened.
-Any items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale items and are not eligible for returns or refunds
-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
-Once return label is issued, customer has 10 business days to hand over to postal service to show it has been scanned in, after 10 business days the return label will be voided
-for returns over $200, customers will be issued store credit + forfeit a 10% restocking fee
-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

International customers will be required to mail their returns back with their own form of postage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (damaged items need to be reported within 10 days of receiving item to be applicable for a return)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Customer will be deducted the shipping cost of the return label from their refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All flash sales or items purchased under a ‘sale’ cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items need to be inspected upon delivery. Damaged items need to be reported within 10 days of receiving the item to be eligible for replacement. We may also inquire to have you return the defective item for assessment before replacing.
Cancelling an order (if applicable)
Due to the volume of orders, we are unable to cancel an order once placed. Once your order is received please request a return under our return request link.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed or mailed to you.
All preorder items are final sale. No refunds/exchanges or cancellations will be available as once the item is purchased it is made for that specific order/customer. No size changes will be available. Preorders will ship on or before designated ship date listed on the item of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days past estimated ship date to inquire about when your preorder will ship. Any ready to sell items purchased with a preorder listing will not be shipped until the preorder ships.
In the event your new with tags item has a flaw please report within 10 days of receiving your item. Customer will be issued a return label to retrieve flawed item. Once inspected and in original condition with tags attached, customer will be shipped new item or refunded for flawed item. Items with flaws reported without original tags/packaging are not applicable for a return/refund. Item must not be washed or worn.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We encourage you to keep Route Protection on your order no matter the cost, to ensure safe shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
